Meet the Dentist
Dr. Vivek Patel, DDS
Dr. Patel is a dedicated and approachable general dentist known for his commitment to making high-quality dental care accessible to all patients. He provides a comprehensive range of general dentistry services, with special interests in digital smile design and dental surgery.
Passionate about whole-patient care, Dr. Patel focuses on helping his patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health through individualized, evidence-based treatment. He actively pursues continuing education to stay at the forefront of dentistry and is currently advancing his training in Implant Dentistry.

He is also a certified provider of Invisalign®, oral sedation, and nitrous oxide sedation.
Dr. Patel is a proud member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).

He began his dental career in Sudbury, Ontario, in 2020. In 2021, he moved to Williams lake, British Columbia. Dr. Patel previously practiced dentistry in Williams lake, where he provided care in the community before establishing Elite Dental in Quesnel.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Patel enjoys staying active through badminton, tennis, and pickleball. He’s also an avid traveler who loves discovering new cultures and destinations.
Dr. Harman Johal, DDS
Dr. Johal earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Western Ontario and is deeply committed to delivering exceptional patient care. She takes great pride in providing a warm and personalized experience, ensuring each patient feels at ease and confident in their treatment.​With a passion for all aspects of general dentistry, Dr. Johal cares for patients of all ages. She remains at the forefront of the field by regularly attending advanced seminars, conferences, hands-on clinical programs, and Continuing Dental Education (CDE) courses.
Her advanced training includes completing the Treatment Planning and Functional Occlusion program at the renowned Kois Centre, a comprehensive course that serves as the foundation for her approach to achieving optimal oral health and function. Additional certifications include Nitrous Oxide and Oral Sedation from the University of Alberta, The Ultimate Paediatric Course through the BC Dental Study Club, and other specialized training—ensuring she offers the highest standard of care.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Johal enjoys exploring different destinations and spending time outdoors. She is dedicated to building lasting relationships with her patients, cultivating trust, and promoting lifelong oral health.
